Grilling Perfect Kebabs - Different Kebab Combinations

These versatile kebabs feature a mix of chicken, beef, and shrimp, along with a variety of colorful vegetables. Marinated in a flavorful blend of spices, these grilled kebabs are perfect for a backyard barbecue or a family dinner. Ingredients:

  • 1 lb 450g boneless chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb 450g beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb 450g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper

Mix well to create the marinade

Divide the marinade into three separate bowls

In the first bowl, add the chicken cubes and toss to coat

Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator

In the second bowl, add the beef cubes and toss to coat

Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator

In the third bowl, add the shrimp and toss to coat

Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat

Thread the marinated chicken, beef, shrimp, and assorted vegetables onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating the ingredients to create different kebab combinations

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are charred and tender

Serve the grilled kebabs hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dishes
