Smoked Paprika Butter Fish

This recipe makes a delicious dish by mixing the smoky flavor of paprika with the rich flavor of butter. The fish is cooked just right on the grill, which keeps all the flavors and juices inside.

Ingredients:

  • 4 fish fillets flounder, tilapia, or cod
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Butter that has been melted, garlic that has been minced, lemon juice, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl

Lay out fish fillets on a piece of foil

Spread a lot of the paprika butter mixture on the fish fillets

Make a package out of the foil by wrapping it tightly around the fish

Place the fish packets on a grill over medium-high heat

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked and flaky

Carefully take the fish out of the packages and put it on plates to serve

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley
