Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons water, as needed
- Optional toppings: chopped parsley, paprika, olive oil drizzle
Instructions:
Steam or boil cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes
