This Creamy Raspberry Protein Smoothie is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day or refuel after a workout. Packed with protein, antioxidants, and natural sweetness, its a satisfying treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

In a blender, blend frozen raspberries, a ripe banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, and honey if using
